Check-In Policy: Checkin is not aloud until 3pm normally, or noon when early-checkin is permitted. Guess wanting to check-in before noon will have to pay for the prior day.

Charge Policy: Cards are not charged until checkout. A hold of $1 may be placed on your card immediatly. A hold of 120% of your bill may be placed the day of check-in.
Room Policy: Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Only 2 visiting guests allowed per room of staying guests, no visitors allowed after 10pm without extra adult charge.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed on property, registered service animals only.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed on property. Rooms smelling of smoking will be charged a $400 deep cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is free before 48-hours until check-in. Reservations cancelled within 48-hours will be charged for a 1-night stay. No-Shows will be charged for 2-nights.
Deposit Policy: No deposit is required with your card on file. For cash customers a deposit of $200 plus 1-nights stay is required at check-in.
