By accessing the reservation portals provided by HotelDirectPMS on behalf of our client properties, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Purpose of the Website

This website provides reservation and property management tools for independent hotels. HotelDirectPMS acts solely as the software provider connecting you with the respective hotel.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and code on this site are the intellectual property of HotelDirectPMS unless otherwise stated.

4. Limitation of Liability

This software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HotelDirectPMS makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the site and will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the website.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting into SMS notifications and providing your phone number during the reservation process, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) related to your reservation, transactional updates, and customer care on behalf of the hotel. Message frequency varies.

Pricing: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages regarding your reservation. If you want to join again, you can reply "START".

Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
